Born and raised in South Omaha, Mick Salda has built a 24-year career rooted in hard work, dedication, and a deep respect for his community. As the owner and president of Czech Specialties, Mick leads the company with a clear mission: to provide reliable, quality services that Omaha and the surrounding areas can depend on.
With over 2 decades of experience, Mick's expertise spans multiple specialties, including EIFS, stucco, stone, concrete, drywall, masonry, and carpentry. Over the last 10 years, Czech Specialties has earned a trusted reputation for delivering top-tier craftsmanship on every project, large or small.

Czech Specialties provides subcontracting work to General
Contractors in the Omaha metro area. Willing to travel within a
two hundred miles radius.
We specialize in many scopes of work, EIFS / Stucco, fluid applied
air and moisture barrier work, both residential and commercial
projects. Some interior light gauge metal stud framing and
drywall, acoustical ceilings, concrete work, both remodel and new
construction.
Furthermore, we specialize in integrating our company into our
customer`s processes, exceeding their expectations and improving
their businesses.
For every job, large or small, we provide our customers with
quality estimates and exceptional workmanship from all our field
personnel.
